Since the recent transformation of the old town, marina and promenade & beach areas of Estepona Town, improvements have continued out West with a lot of new investment.

The coastline of sandy beaches runs over 20 kilometres with clear water, with beach bars and restaurants and water-based activities aplenty. An ideal beach location just outside Estepona town centre close to the marina, shopping district and Sunday street market. Marbella is also only 20 minutes away. For airports you have both Málaga & Gibraltar around an hour away.
Build Schedule - Work started in February 2017 with license in place and project will be delivered 4th quarter of 2018 with license of 1st occupation expected to be January 2019.
In summary - Construction has started and the location and timing mean this project will receive great interest and early signs are that sales are going to be strong for this off plan development and rightly so as this short stretch of coast is an excellent area for investment and this promotion is hard to top….
Considering its proximity to the main road there is no sign of any road noise from the plot.
